Juno EMR Services offers support for general customers issues in 3 different ways:
1. By Email to firstname.lastname@example.org which will create a ticket in our support queue
2: By Submitting a Web Ticket on this portal
3. By Phone at 888-686-8560 x1
Our support hours for normal issues are 8:30AM to 5:00PM Monday to Friday Pacific Time except BC Statutory Holidays. For after-hours emergencies please call-in and follow the prompts to reach our after-hours call centre.
