How to find the Appointment History

 

 

Providers in the EMR are able to access a patient’s appointment history in both the Classic and Juno UI. The appointment history section can be helpful when you would like to check details for a future or previous appointment, such as appointment “Status”, “Type”, or “Reason.”

 

 

Classic

 

Please perform the following steps to locate a patient's appointment history in their Master Record: 

 

  1. From your main scheduling screen, click Search. A new window will appear.

  2. Search for the patient by your preferred search criteria. (name, HIN, etc.

  3. Click on the patient's demographic number.

  4. In the column on the right-hand side, click on Appointment History.

 

Juno UI

 

Please perform the following steps to locate a patient's appointment history in their Details Page:

 

  1. Click on the “Search” bar.

  2. Search for the patient by your preferred search criteria. (name, HIN, etc.)

  3. Click on the patient's Name.

  4. Within the “Details” section, click on the “Appointment” button, then select “Appointment History.”
