Keeping your clinic address and contact information updated in MyHealthAccess ensures your patients are receiving the appropriate information on their reminders and see the correct details when connecting with your clinic.

To update your clinic details in MyHealthaccess, follow the steps below:


  1. Click on the ‘MyHealthAccess’ option at the top of your screen to access your MyHealthAccess clinic dashboard.
    • Note: If you are using a smaller screen resolution, the ‘MyHealthAccess’ option in the Juno UI may be hidden under the ‘More’ menu. Click on ‘more’, then click on ‘MyHealthAccess’ to access your MyHealthAccess clinic dashboard.
  2. Click on ‘Settings’ at the top right of your MyHealthAccess clinic dashboard.
  3. Within the ‘Clinic Details’ tab, update your clinic details.
  4. Click on the ‘Save Clinic Details’ button when done.
