You are looking at your schedule in Juno EMR, and noticed that the time range covered by your schedule does not match your clinic hours? Maybe your evening appointments are not visible, or the hours shown exceed the hours you need to see as the clinic only opens for a few hours each day? You would like to update your schedule to be a closer match to your actual business hours? No problem! You will find below a guide on how to do this in both the Juno and the Classic interfaces.

Juno Interface

To change your schedule start and end time from the Juno interface, go through the following steps:

  1. In Juno EMR, click on your name at the very top right of the window.

  2. In the menu opening underneath, click on the ‘User Settings’ option. This will open your user settings, or preferences.

  3. Navigate to the ‘Setting’ tab of your user settings. The tabs are located at the top of the page, just under the blue ‘User Settings’ header.

  4. Change the ‘Start Hour’ and ‘End Hour’ fields to a number between 0 and 23, 0 being midnight and 23 being 11pm. The ‘Start Hour’ is the hour at which your schedule display will start while the ‘End Hour’ is the last hour that will be displayed on your schedule. Entering a start hour of 7 and an end our of 18, for example, would display a schedule from 7:00am to 18:59 or 6:59pm.

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the ‘Save All Settings’ button to save the changes.

Classic Interface

To change your schedule start and end time and your schedule intervals from the Classic interface, go through the following steps:

  2. Change the ‘Start Hour’ and ‘End Hour’ fields to a number between 0 and 23, 0 being midnight and 23 being 11pm. The fields are located at the very top of the preferences menu.

  3. Update the ‘Period’ section with the desired length of each row on your schedule, in minutes.

  4. Scroll down until you locate the ‘Update’ button which is located just above the series of links. Click on the button to save your changes.
