Forgot your login credentials to Junoor unable to login? No panic! There are a couple of easy things to check before reaching out to your clinic administrator.
- Are you entering all the required information? You need your user name, your password, and the second level passcode (usually a 4-digit number). Ensure you are entering all three.
- Check if Cap Locks is on. User names and password are case sensitive, so if your cap locks is on, your password will be entered wrong!
