You would like to update your password or your second level passcode, but are unsure how to do so? We have you covered! You will find below step-by-step guides on how to update your Juno EMR login credentials from both the Juno and the Classic interfaces.
Juno Interface
To change your schedule start and end time from the Juno interface, go through the following steps:
- In Juno EMR, click on your name at the very top right of the window.
- In the menu opening underneath, click on the ‘User Settings’ option. This will open your user settings, or preferences.
- Navigate to the ‘General’ tab of your user settings. The tabs are located at the top of the page, just under the blue ‘User Settings’ header.
- Click on the ‘Change Password’ button located in the ‘Other Settings’ section.
- Update your credentials:
- To update your password, type in your current password in the ‘Current Password’ field, then type in your new password in both ‘New Password’ fields.
- To update your second level passcode, type in your current second level passcode in the ‘current PIN’ field, then type in your new second level passcode in both the ‘new PIN’ fields.
- Click on the ‘Update’ button to save your changes.
Classic Interface
To change your schedule start and end time from the Juno interface, go through the following steps:
- In Juno EMR, click on the ‘Preferences’ link at the top of the screen. It is located between the ‘Consultations’ and the ‘eDoc’ headers.
- Scroll down until you locate the ‘Change Your Password’ link and click on it. It is the second link from the top of the list, just under the Update and Close buttons.
- Update your credentials:
- To update your password, type in your current password in the ‘Current Password’ field, then type in your new password in both ‘New Password’ fields.
- To update your second level passcode, type in your current second level passcode in the ‘current PIN’ field, then type in your new second level passcode in both the ‘new PIN’ fields.
- Click on the ‘Update’ button to save your changes.
Note: Passwords must be at least 8 characters long, contain both numbers and letter, and at least 1 upper case and 1 lower case letter. It is recommended to also include a special character for increase your password strength.
The second level passcode must be a 4 or 5 digit number.
